Was it truly the ad or who was actually in the ad? Some people don’t like things that they just aren’t use to even if its possible.

I like the AD but the guys voice at the end ”Don’t call us a Phone Company. Don’t call it a phone.” Sounds like a Gay man who is trapped in the closet.
